What is the minimum length of the programs?
From 2 to 7 nights. We recommend 5 nights for deep results. The 96-biomarker epigenetic test is included in every program of at least 2 nights. Anything shorter is just a getaway; here we do a real reset.
Is it adults only?
Yes, adults only (16+). It is a space of silence and deep reconnection. No children, no parties, no distractions. Only 3 villas to guarantee absolute privacy. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and conscious mothers.
Where exactly is EcoHotel El Agua?
In Arico, South Tenerife. At 300 m altitude, among vineyards and organic gardens, with views of Mount Teide, the countryside, the ravine and the Atlantic. 25 minutes from Tenerife South airport. No road noise — only wind and birds. Getting here is already part of the therapy.
What exactly is the 96-biomarker epigenetic test?
It is not a genetic test. It analyses your hair to read how your current lifestyle is affecting your body: intolerances, vitamin deficiencies, heavy metals, oxidative stress, gut health and nervous system. With that, we personalise your nutrition and therapy protocol.
