Sustainable Luxury with Soul and History
We are not a new-build resort. We are restored history. Villa Olivo occupies a 200-year-old winery and our main building is the former school of Arico El Nuevo. A sanctuary of signature architecture created by founder Anthony Picq, featuring wabi-sabi design, exclusive artisanal pieces and natural textures. Olive trees and lavender from the South of France brought to the rugged stone terraces of Arico.
Mindful Gastronomy: NĀMI Healthy & Delicious
High-end 100% organic, seasonal and local cuisine. Our NĀMI restaurant offers a vegetarian and vegan menu designed to nourish you. Upon request, we serve local fish and organic goat cheese from free-range animals at a nearby farm.
