Book this retreatA retreat designed exclusively for pregnant women: a safe, welcoming environment where every detail is tailored to care for you and your baby — an adapted diet, relaxing prenatal massages and Watsu sessions in warm water, with osteopathy to relieve tension and improve your comfort.

What the retreat includes
Comfortable accommodation in a villa surrounded by nature; a healthy, balanced menu for you and your companion, with light snacks; prenatal massages focused on the abdominal and back area, one per day; Watsu sessions in warm water; an epigenetic test from day one; and a nutrition consultation tailored to your needs.
If the retreat lasts more than two nights, a prenatal massage is included every day, alongside the Watsu sessions and the other therapies.

The program
Day 1 · Arrival and welcome
- 15:00–16:00Check-in at the villa. If you arrive later, we adjust the massage times.
- 16:00–17:30Epigenetic test and personalised nutrition consultation.
- 17:30–18:30Prenatal massage session.
- 19:30–20:30Dinner from the menu for mothers-to-be and their companions.
Day 2 · Wellness and relaxation
- 08:30–09:30Nutritious breakfast.
- 10:30–11:30Watsu session for deep relaxation.
- 11:30–14:00Rest. Sleep and rest are essential during pregnancy: they reduce stress and support the wellbeing of both mother and baby.
- 14:00–14:30A light, energising lunch made with organic, seasonal and local ingredients.
- 16:00–17:00Prenatal massage session.
- 19:30–20:30Dinner from the menu for mothers-to-be and their companions.
Day 3 · Closing and reflection
- 09:00–10:00Nutritious breakfast.
- 10:30–11:30Closing of the retreat.
- 11:00–12:00Check-out and farewell.
For stays longer than 3 days, each additional day follows the same plan as day 2. EcoHotel El Agua can recommend a local car hire agency.
Guarantee policy
Prepayment is required. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is required 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation if you cancel or change more than 60 days before the arrival date. If cancelled or changed between 59 days and the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the full price of the booking will be charged.
